How the numbers work ›
Orders are filtered on creation date. Every active order is counted once, in its latest status. Cancellations are shown beside the bar, not inside it, so the closed percentage reflects orders that could still be delivered.

Does it predict RTO?+
CleverBooks shows RTO by courier, region and product from your order history, so you can see where returns concentrate. It doesn’t claim to predict individual orders.
Can I see NDR orders?+
Yes. NDR is its own bucket with the orders, their age and value, ready to download.
